Forex CRM Deposits, Withdrawals & Reconciliation

Funding workflows need clear separation between what a payment provider received, what MT5 credited or debited and what was paid externally. MetaTraderCRM tracks those stages in the selected broker connection, with currency-specific amounts, permissions, preparation and reconciliation rather than treating every notification as a completed money movement.

Configure each merchant and verify receipts

The release contains 18 payment adapters, not 18 preactivated merchant accounts. Supply your own credentials and permitted callback URLs for each broker, test provider-side verification and then validate the allowed MT5 crediting workflow. Amount, currency and provider state must match the expected transaction. Nuvei HPP signed notifications can support reconciliation, but this release blocks MT5 crediting through that adapter. Do not interpret a checkout redirect or an unverified webhook as evidence that funds reached MT5.

Reserve and review a client withdrawal

Available funds are based on a fresh, complete MT5 read and exclude credit and pending withdrawal reservations. The same physical account shares reservations across connections, even when a connection is inactive. Administrators configure minimum, maximum and rolling 24-hour currency limits. Recipient bank/IBAN or wallet/network details are encrypted. Finance reviews the request before preparing its exact debit. Cancel before sending; a sent or unknown operation requires reconciliation. Trading can continue, so the debit needs a fresh availability check.

Separate debit from external payout

A successful MT5 debit moves the request to an external-payout stage; it does not send a bank transfer. An authorized operator performs the transfer separately and records a globally unique reference after success. Financial summaries keep currencies separate and show exact decimal values. Review changed provider states, unknown sends and duplicate physical-deal evidence before preparing anything again. An expired, unsent preparation can be replaced; a missing response to a sent command cannot safely be treated the same way.

Related CRM modules

18 payment adapters

Card, local payment and crypto checkout integrations with provider verification.

Provider confirmation is followed by explicit MT5 crediting. No automatic FX conversion, card storage, recurring charges or integrated external payouts. Nuvei is reconciliation-only.

Balance operations

MT5 balance, credit, charges, corrections and bonuses with a confirmation ledger.

Exact currency precision, five-minute confirmations, persistent operation IDs and no automatic retry of writes. Unknown results block further account changes until reconciliation.

Two-operator approval

Separate preparation and execution for configured debit and IB payout workflows.

An optional setting after creating a finance user. The preparer cannot execute a debit; IB payout recording also requires a different operator from its approver when enabled.

Financial reconciliation

Provider payments, MT5 operations and withdrawal requests in one review queue.

Remote checks, exact amount matching, evidence history, filters and CSV. Reviewing a discrepancy does not send money or repeat a trading-server command.

Trader withdrawals

Request, review, approve and reconcile a withdrawal with separate MT5 debit and external payout milestones.

Fresh availability excludes credit and reserves pending requests across connections to the same physical account. Configure currency minimum, maximum and rolling 24-hour client limits. Recipient details are encrypted. A confirmed MT5 debit is followed by an external transfer performed separately and a globally unique payout reference; the module does not send bank transfers.

Operational analytics & CSV

Currency-separated financial totals, client activity, staff results and downloadable exact-value reports.

Admin/finance reports; staff results admin only. Default 30 days, UTC, maximum 366 days. Local CRM reads only, no MT5 writes or provider polling. Decimal strings preserve exact totals; currencies are not converted or combined. BOM UTF-8 semicolon CSV escapes formulas and excludes sensitive details. Provider payment cohort uses creation date; IB earned uses trade close date.

MetaTrader CRM questions, answered.

Are withdrawals and IB payouts automatic bank transfers?

No. Client withdrawal review, MT5 debit and external payout confirmation are separate stages. IB reserves and approvals are recorded in CRM. An authorized operator performs the external transfer separately and records a globally unique reference.

Can one installation serve several brokers?

Yes, up to 50 broker connections, with separate SQLite databases, client records, merchant settings and staff permissions. Balances in different currencies or brokers are not automatically added or converted.
