Forex CRM Client Portal & Trader’s Room
A trader’s room gives each client a place to manage the brokerage relationship alongside MT5 trading. MetaTraderCRM provides a local portal and a linked multi-broker hub. Account ownership, broker selection and current access are checked on each operation; a client never obtains another client’s records merely by changing a URL.
Broker-controlled account self-service
The broker chooses whether clients may create extra accounts, change trading passwords or change leverage. Exact groups, KYC requirements, leverage choices and account-count caps remain administrative policies. A client reviews a prepared action and confirms within five minutes using portal password and 2FA if enabled. Creating a new account is verified against MT5 before linking it. Leverage changes require no positions or orders. An uncertain result is investigated without automatically sending the same change again; automatic account-to-account transfers are not included.
Support and a precise notification trail
Clients open broker-specific tickets, attach approved file formats and follow a threaded conversation. Admin and managers work on the same ticket with assignment and status history; finance/viewer roles cannot access support attachments. Notifications link to the actual support or financial object and show its current state without executing it. Payment receipt, MT5 credit, debit and external payout remain distinct events. Email is an opt-in category preference, revalidated before delivery; opening the portal is not evidence that an email reached its inbox.
A hub link does not merge broker balances
The multi-broker hub uses confirmed links to a client’s local portal. Revocation ends hub access to that broker while the local portal retains its own rules. The selected connection controls accounts, notifications, documents and merchant settings. Currencies remain distinct. Validate ownership isolation, revocation, password changes and expiry notifications in a test client account before onboarding customers. The CRM records KYC decisions and document review; it does not promise automated regulatory approval or screening that is absent from the package.
Related CRM modules
Client portal
Own accounts, history, statements, documents, payments and requests.
One-use invitation valid for 24 hours. The client sets a password and sees only explicitly linked records in that broker connection.
Unified client access
One verified login for linked client portals across broker connections.
Each local portal is confirmed with its own password and 2FA where enabled. Emails alone never merge client identities or balances.
KYC workflow
Encrypted submissions, document review, decisions, expiry and operation rules.
Manual broker review with version history. Optional rules require valid KYC for new checkout pages and withdrawals/debits. External AML and biometric verification are not integrated.
Trader account self-service
Create an additional account, change main/investor trading passwords and request permitted leverage changes from the trader portal.
Broker policies control exact group, account count and KYC. Defaults: creation off, password changes on, leverage changes off; up to 3 accounts and valid KYC for creation. No automatic inter-account transfer. Five-minute preparation, password/2FA consent, post-action verification and an operation ledger protect each change.
Client support workspace
Broker-isolated tickets, threaded messages, attachments, assignment, status history and optional email alerts.
Admin and manager access; finance and viewer excluded. Up to three PDF/PNG/JPEG files per message, 5 MB each, with signature checks and private encrypted storage. Five open tickets and ten new per 24 hours per client login. Refresh-based conversation, no real-time chat, SLA or escalation engine.
Unified trader notifications
Support, deposits, withdrawals, KYC and account actions in one broker-specific inbox with precise object links.
Filter categories and unread records, mark the displayed page and inspect the current operation. Up to 50 records per page. Email opt-in is independent per category and broker, off for new categories. Delivery rechecks consent and ownership; enabling a category does not send old events. Payment receipt, MT5 credit, MT5 debit and external payout remain separate events.
MetaTrader CRM questions, answered.
What does a MetaTrader CRM do?
It manages the brokerage workflows around a trading platform: client records, onboarding, KYC review, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, support and partner accounting. This product connects those workflows to MetaTrader 5 via Web API; it does not replace MT5 execution.
Can one installation serve several brokers?
Yes, up to 50 broker connections, with separate SQLite databases, client records, merchant settings and staff permissions. Balances in different currencies or brokers are not automatically added or converted.
Are withdrawals and IB payouts automatic bank transfers?
No. Client withdrawal review, MT5 debit and external payout confirmation are separate stages. IB reserves and approvals are recorded in CRM. An authorized operator performs the external transfer separately and records a globally unique reference.
